Zeyn Otel Istanbul Rooms

The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and generous: Ilias, Seljuk, Aslan. Our room was clean, elegant, quiet. Beds were comfortable, had a great sleep. Hotel breakfast had many diverse dishes, mostly vegetables with dressing, freshly prepared, very healthy. Great yogurt, superb honey. Location was close to cheaper restaurants (if you go down the hill and turn right, walk about 300 metres, you will see them on the right across from the park), but also close to main attractions if you go up the hill and come to Hippodrome, where you will find the Blue Mosque, Aya Sofyia, Cisterns, Topkapi Palace. I look forward to staying at Zeyn Otel when I return to Istanbul, hopefully next year.

What an awesome place to call home in Istanbul! Located in the heart of the old town, Zeyn is centrally situated so you can explore this vibrant city. Very close to the Grand Bazaar and major attractions. Many, many restaurants within walking distance. Delicious and diverse breakfast (the manager even cooked one of the dishes!). Our room had a great sea view. Housekeeping staff is exceptional. Staff is what makes Zeyn so special. Their mission is to make you feel cared for and the team will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. We will always remember the kindness of Selçuk, Nurbek, Ilyas, and Doslet.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure my experience was exceptional. The beds were comfortable and I had all do the amenities I needed. The breakfast was great!! I would totally recommend the hotel to anyone- with a great location and wonderful staff, it is the perfect spot.

Everything, the staff is amazing!

his hotel is in the old town of Istanbul and is very close to the attractions that we like to go to - less than 10 minutes away from the Blue Masque and the Column of Constantine (also the T1 Tram stop). One young staff member (first name containing Alex I think) gave us a PowerPoint presentation of what to see in Istanbul and it was so helpful. He also helped us in getting a ride to the airport during the rush hours.

Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, incredible original Turkish breakfast!!! —olives, cheeses, and variety of vegetables. On an alley along an ancient Byzantine wall. Great overview of Istanbul highlights on our arrival. Google maps took us everywhere (T-Mobile). Everyone spoke English ??

I loved how the staff was friendly, they helped us with visiting programs and were super helpful. The breakfast was unbelievable, everything is clean I recommend it 100%!!

The whole staff is amazing and incredibly attentive. They stood in contact to any thing we needed. They gave us recommendations and a welcome gift. It was my mother's birthday during our stay and they even brought cake to the room. Overall very clean and breakfast was delicious, turkish dishes and also vegan options. I couldn't rate this higher.

Good location and the host staff was absolutely amazing! The rooms had air conditioning and had really nice facilities.
